TASTING NOTE
Intense red cherry color with maroon trim and violet shades. Elegant and intense mature fruits and spices aromas, with a balsamic background. Structured, tasty and strong on the palate, with fine, soft and balanced tannins. Wide and elegant finish.

Service Temperature: 16º – 18º C

Pairing: To accompany red meats, stews, cured cheeses and all kinds of game meats.

VINIFICATION
Pre-fermentative and post-fermentative maceration for 30-35 days, daily over pumps, 30ºC maximum controlled fermentation temperature, malolactic fermentation in barrel and rest for 2 months, racking the wine to containers to stabilize it and ageing in barrels for at least 12 months. Ageing in bottle until its commercialization.
