TASTING NOTE
Pale-yellow color with clean bright greenish highlights. Elegant and intense aromas with fresh vegetal notes and a smoked, toasted oak aftertaste. Well balanced and very ample in the palate, succulent when passing through the mouth and with a harmonious aromatic finish.
Service Temperature: 10º – 12º C
Pairing: Smoked dishes, white meats, fish and all kinds of appetizers.
VENIFICATION
Short cold maceration for 6-8 hours. Run off of the free-run juice to a settling tank for 12 hours
and racking to French oak barrel where it will remain for a 2-3 months period in contact with the barrel with weekly batonnages.
