TASTING NOTE
Intense red cherry color with maroon shades. Mature fruits and some spicy concentrated aromas, good acidity, well structured, fleshy and balanced with an ample enveloping finish.

Service Temperature: 15º – 17º C

Pairing: All kinds of meats, stews and roasts, as well as game dishes, sausage boards and cured cheeses.

VINIFICATION
Cold Prefermentative maceration for 5 days at 10ºC, increasing progressively temperature until 28-30ºC. Maceration lasts 30 days. Daily over pumps until the end of the fermentation process. Malolactic fermentation it. For subsequent aging in American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months for subsequent passage to the bottle.
