Cava Particular Garnacha Rosé

Grow a rose. Petals of soft fragrances. Smiles that hide secrets. A butterfly perched on the wet ground.

Delicate strawberry pink color and a light carbonic with adequate bubbles.
On the nose, it offers elegant aromas of red fruits, of good intensity and complexity, combined with soft tones of good aging on the lees.
On the palate it is dry and fresh, due to its good acidity, and with a pleasant, balanced and tasty carbonic.

Service Temperature: 5º – 8º C
Pairing: ideal for appetizers, desserts or smoked.

Low temperature first alcoholic fermentation (14-15ºC). Fermentation for 35 days, remaining later 30 days in contact with the lees. The next step is the tirage, being the second alcoholic fermentation made inside the bottle by means of the Champanoise method. 15 months of aging in the bottle in the cellars of the Private Winery of San Valero.
